administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I amy have against
The Greater Emporia "BBQ Festival", their representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and
all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to The Greater
Emporia "BBQ Festival" and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes,
motion pictures, recording and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I also
agree to abide by the rules and refulations of The Greater Emporia "BBQ Festival" and the KCBS.

For The Community BBQ Lunch on Saturday, Aug 11 please let us know if you are willing
to help us out by smoking some extra Pork? A large portion of the proceeds from this lunch
will benefit the Park Playground Fund. We will provide the meat & will pick up the cooked
product Saturday by 10:30am.
